Callie Kant is a creative director with 20 years of experience. With a background in design and communications, her work spans multiple disciplines, including digital, print, brand identity and strategy, 360° campaigns, and experiential. She has worked for companies including Barneys, Victoria’s Secret, and REDBOOK Magazine, and most recently, she was the VP of Brand & Creative at M.M.LaFleur. 

As a leader with strong managerial skills, Callie thrives at collaborating up, down, and across organizations. She has deep experience leading buzz-worthy initiatives and driving awareness through art direction, graphic design, brand marketing, identity systems, web design, copy direction, digital strategy, editing, branded content, and PR. 

Originally from Phoenix, AZ, Callie traveled east to attend college at the University of Pennsylvania, where she graduated with a degree in Communication and a minor in English. She then got her Masters degree in Communications Design at Pratt Institute. After living in New York City for 19 years, she recently relocated to Los Angeles. Outside of work, she enjoys discovering new places, all things food, craft projects, live music, and dad jokes.
